According to surveys, out of 7 billion people, 1 billion people are overweight and dealing with obesity. In today’s world, the number of children fighting with obesity is rising at an alarming rate. Along with obesity comes a lot of illnesses such as; hypertension, fatty liver disease, strokes, dementia, pregnancy abnormalities, and many more.
Obesity is a disorder that I caused due to having an excessive number of fast food items, aerated beverages, deep fried food, basically an unhealthy lifestyle is what leads to being overweight.
However, obesity can be dealt with by following some simple and easy healthy lifestyle habits. Once you have made up your mind, no one can pull you back from achieving your goal.
So, let’s take a look at these healthy lifestyle changes.
The most important thing in losing weight is to control your hunger. However, people with healthy weight don’t feel hungry until an appropriate time, whereas, people who are overweight have a different mechanism in which they think frequent and excessive food cravings and hence, end up overeating and overstuffing all the wrong foods.
Controlling your eating habits as well as time is essential.

Transforming your eating habit comprises of many things.
Reduce your portion size. By doing so, you won’t tend to over-eat more than needed.
Take your time while you have your meal, don’t eat quickly, take your time masticating and then swallowing.
If you have plans of going out, look for healthy alternatives.
Stress can also be one big reason for gaining weight rapidly. Stress leads to abdominal fat cell growth and loss of muscle mass which leads to obesity. However, everyday stress is a normal part of life but extreme and over-stressing can be quite harmful.
So, to avoid stress do activities that divert your mind, exercise, get a good night sleep, etc.
Albeit, losing weight is hard but not impossible. If you have thought of achieving your goal, no one in this world can stop you from doing so. So, a little bit of determination and seriousness can take you a long way. Just focus on what is right for you and evil. Rest, everything will fall in place, and you shall win the war against obesity.
